What if the item I want is showing as out of stock?

If an item you are after is currently marked as ‘Out of Stock’ then register your interest in the item and we can inform you as soon as it’s back in!


What if I can’t find the item I want on the website?

If the item is not on our site then it usually means we do not stock it, but please contact us by telephone 01202 810480 or email Info@YourMoto.Bike to double check, and it may be that we can source it for you. Alternatively, make sure that you keep checking our website as we are constantly adding new products and brands to our catalogue.


What if the colour I want is not available?

If you don’t see the colour you require please feel free to contact us to see if we can help, but generally, all of our available stock would be on the website, so the chances are, we don’t have it available at this time. Don’t forget to check back with us as we are always expanding our catalogue of items and brands and may be able to help you in the future.



What are your standard terms of delivery?

For purchases over £29.00, all of our deliveries to the UK mainland are free of charge. If you live in an area of the UK not considered to be mainland or in the Scottish Highlands, a delivery charge will be added (for a full list please see our Delivery & Returns Policy) Add your items to your shopping basket (which can be removed at any time) and once you confirm your postcode, the cost of delivery (if there is one) will be calculated automatically.


How long will delivery take?

If you complete your order by 1pm on a working day, then we aim to despatch your item the same day. If your order is placed after this time then it will be despatched the following working day. As a general rule, your delivery times are dictated by the type of purchase you have made and your postcode, and are also subject to stock availability. Please remember to allow extra time for delivery around busy periods such as bank holidays and Christmas!


Can I track my parcel or not?

As soon as your order is despatched you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that your product is on its way. For all deliveries that are carried out by Interlink Express, you will receive updates by text or email on the current status of your package, making sure you know where it is at all times, and that you can be at home when the parcel is scheduled to be delivered using the predict 1 hour delivery service provided by Interlink! Where do you deliver to?

For a full list of regions / areas to which we deliver free of charge, please see our ‘Delivery/Returns Policy’. We currently only deliver to the UK, so please do not attempt to make a purchase if you live outside of this.


I live on the Isle of Man. Will you still deliver to me and how much will it cost?

Yes of course we will, but your delivery may carry a charge which is dictated by your postcode and product. Your shopping basket will inform you of the required fee automatically and should you not wish to proceed then you can cancel the order straight away.



Can I return an item if it doesn’t fit or was not what I was expecting?

Of course you can. You have 30 days to return your item to us which can either be exchanged, or refunded in full. Please double check our ‘Delivery/Returns Policy’ for more information. To arrange for a return simply follow the instructions set out in our policy. Returns will only be accepted if the item reaches us as it was delivered, complete with all tags and original packaging.
